Auction Fees
Repossession fee
A $175 repossession fee applies to all repo consignments, covering secure intake, storage, and redemption handling.
Redemption fee
A $50 redemption fee applies when a borrower redeems a repossessed vehicle prior to sale.
Guarantees
7-day frame & hidden-damage guarantee
Vehicles selling for $3,000 or more carry a 7-day guarantee against frame damage and undisclosed hidden damage, subject to inspection verification.
Green-light enhanced guarantee
Green-light vehicles — under 10 years old, under 100,000 miles, and selling for $3,000 or more — automatically qualify for the enhanced guarantee at no additional cost.
Titles
Title delivery
Sellers must deliver marketable title within 15 days of the sale date. Sales may be unwound at the seller's expense if title is not delivered on time.
Online Purchases
Arbitration window
Vehicles purchased online carry an arbitration window for condition discrepancies between the posted condition report and the vehicle as delivered. Report discrepancies promptly upon receipt — see the Services page for contact details.
